- 14h00 - 15h00 CONFERENCE: "The situation of political prisoners in Cuba"
- The first conference of the Summit is dedicated to denouncing the situation of political prisoners in Cuba and the continuous violation of Human, Civic and Political Rights. Special attention to the situation of minors and imprisoned women.
- 15h05 - 16h10 CONFERENCE: Human Rights in Cuba: Why is it necessary to suspend the PDCA?
- The cooperation and political dialogue agreement between the European Union and the Castro dictatorship contains a Human Rights clause continues to be violated by the Havana regime and used to finance the repression. What should we do ?
- 16h15 - 17:15. - CONFERENCE : Helms-Burton Law, Boycott and the PDCA: Ways to understand international treaties.
- While the United States maintains the embargo against the Castro dictatorship, the European Union maintains appeasement policies through the Agreement on Cooperation and Political Dialogue. How can we Cubans in exile on both sides of the Atlantic act together so that Europe and the United States work together towards freedom and democracy in Cuba ?
